'A People\'s Constitution'

He then goes on to talk somewhat how slavery came to be abo lished. When slavery was abolished, it was not by positive fiat, but by the joining of soldiery necessity with the deterrent example force of a great antislavery movement, playacting outside the arrangement and often against the law. (Zinn, pg. 1) The 13th Amendment expands the Emancipation resolution which makes slavery black-market in all of the United States and gives everyone equal freedom and rights. The Constitution is very effective in holding our people equal and even though it did not intelligibly state this at first, it has been in dexterity since. Since the people fought for what they believed in, the political relation compromised and added it to the Constitution.\nZinn argues that the laws that protect citizens from besides much government power ar easily ignored.
